Stephen Bridges, MSW, RSWI

Stephen is a registered clinical social work intern committed to providing person-centered and collaborative treatment throughout an individual's healing journey. Stephen received his Master in Social Work degree from Florida State University and has been working with adult individuals and couples with a range of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and more.

Stephen utilizes evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT in session, aiming to foster a safe environment where collaboration and education thrive! Stephen is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and uses a trauma-informed lens in his work. He also works with couples, helping partners improve communication, navigate conflict, and strengthen their relationship.
