Two ways to figure out where to start — by where you live, or by what you're looking for.
By area
- Naples: North Naples, Pelican Bay, Park Shore, Marco Island, Vineyards, Grey Oaks, Lely Resort, Vanderbilt Beach, Golden Gate, East Naples
- Estero: Bonita Springs, San Carlos Park, Coconut Point, Three Oaks, Miromar Lakes, The Brooks, Pelican Landing, Bella Terra, Shadow Wood
- Fort Myers: Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, North Fort Myers, McGregor, Cypress Lake, Iona, Gateway, Whiskey Creek, Fort Myers Beach
In between two offices? Either works — we'll help you decide based on therapist fit.
By what you're looking for
- Naples — flagship office where both co-owners practice. Strongest bench for individual therapy, EMDR, retirement-transition work, and trauma. Largest therapist roster.
- Estero — couples and marriage work with our Gottman- and EFT-certified clinician, family therapy with our Marriage and Family Therapy Intern, plus Spanish-language therapy. Strong fit for snowbird and seasonal-resident communities.
- Fort Myers — the only practice in the area where many Lee County residents can use their Care Partners / Lee Health plan. Strong for couples, EMDR, trauma, and post-Hurricane-Ian recovery work.

Therapists who rotate between offices
Several of our clinicians see clients at two of our three locations. If you move within Southwest Florida or want to alternate offices for your schedule, you can usually keep the same therapist.
Telehealth bridges all three
Most of our therapists offer telehealth for clients located anywhere in Florida. Switch between in-person and virtual based on your week.
General Office Hours
Evening appointments are available on Mondays. Individual therapist availability varies by office — call us at (239) 427-1833 and we'll match you to a therapist whose schedule fits yours.
Telehealth Available Statewide
Can't make it to one of our offices, or live elsewhere in Florida? Most of our therapists offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for clients located anywhere in the state.
- Same therapists, same approaches, same insurance
- Switch between in-person and virtual week to week
- You must be physically located in Florida during sessions
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to pick one office permanently?
No. Many of our therapists rotate between two of our three offices, and clients are welcome to switch locations whenever it's more convenient. If you're working with a therapist who sees clients at both Estero and Fort Myers, for example, you can alternate week to week. Just let us know when you book.
What if I move within Southwest Florida mid-treatment?
You can stay with the same therapist as long as they practice at a location that works for your new address. If your therapist only sees clients in Naples and you've moved to Cape Coral, we'll talk through your options — switching to telehealth (same therapist, same approach), continuing the drive, or being matched with another therapist at the closer office. Continuity of care matters, and we don't make you start over without good reason.
Are the same therapists at every office?
No. Each office has its own roster, though several therapists rotate between two locations. Our co-owners and most senior clinicians practice in Naples. Our largest team is split across Estero and Fort Myers. The full list of who works where is on each office's location page.
Can I do telehealth instead?
Yes. Most of our therapists offer telehealth for clients located anywhere in Florida, and many clients alternate between in-person visits and telehealth based on their week. The session quality, insurance coverage, and rates are the same. Let us know when you book if you want a virtual session, and we'll match you to a therapist who offers it. See our telehealth page for details.
